Monday craft day - flowers lions.  We don't have dandelions right now (way too hot) so we used sunflowers and I love how they turned out.

Tuesday trip to another splash pad.

BOY was it a hot day.  We had to stop at Sonic for happy hour and get some cold drinks.

Tuesday was also Captain Cuddles birthday.

We sure love that we have him in our family.  He is a great cat and he is very loved.

Stanleys turn for Whatever Wednesday... he chose lunch out and was happy that the library was having a creepy crawler event.

Hazen and I sat far back and observed with fear while McKay and Stan wanted to touch ever critter.  It was a big hit!

Clifton had the opportunity to dog sit for our friends so we had to stop by a couple times and check in on the puppies.... I mean Clifton ;)
Stanley needs a dogs!

I decided to die my hair again and McKay asked if she could use my die if I had extra. Sooo....
Before
During
After!
Friday somehow Clifton joined in our date night again, ha!  He has been begging to go golfing.  And SOMEHOW we got SO lucky with the weather.  Clouds rolled in and a cold breeze.  I didn't even break a sweat.  It was seriously the perfect night.  Now if only I could have had a better game.

Super fun night.

Saturday we decided to take the kids to Scheels.  Its a long drive but the kids enjoyed the store and all the fun it has to offer.

Silly Stanley.  That kid keeps us on our toes and has us about to go insane but always making us laugh.
Worth the drive.  Fun Saturday together as a family.

After a few days he finally started to get comfortable with us.  Just about the time his owner was coming back to get him.  So happy to help.
Monday crafting.. tie dye our swimming towels

I think they turned out SO well and the spray tie dye was so easy to use for everyone.

Take a trip Tuesday had a change of plans but nobody was upset about it.  The clouds were in all day and treats of rain so we hit up Top Golf and had a blast!

Wednesday whatever McKay's turn... Pottery painting.

Then starting Thursday we spent all weekend moving rock and dirt.

Looks so much better!  And hoping we get grass to grow with the new soil and sod.  Fingers crossed!

But then we had an unexpected Saturday... MAGGOTS everywhere!!!!  We put our garbage cans inside the garage and the next day I mean 100's possibly 1,000 all over our garage.  So we spent the day cleaning our garage (which it was needed).  Tried everything to kill them...the winner was salt!!!!  But before that we bleached the whole floor.  At least I know the garage is clean, for now.

Sunday was Father's Day.  Clifton helped me make breakfast for Alex.

We spent the day at church and loving the wonderful father to our family.
We are so thankful for Alex and all he does.
