Jamboree

Alex spent all week in Texas learning about his new job and getting to know everyone.  He is enjoying it so far.

Updates on the kids -
It has been a super busy week of carpet being installed and finishing up some remodeling is it was too crazy to notice any change.  But the kids were great at being home and allowing me to work on the house this week.

I got a lot done this week.  The carpet took 2 full days instead of one and then ran out of carpet ad couldn't finish the stairs.  So it was kind of frustrating but a lot got done and we are so close to being done.  Thanks to friends helping and kids being patient with me.
Minivan looking like a dump truck!

Besides working on the house this week was jammed packed full of soccer.  Games, practices, set up and take down.  One night we even played soccer in the rain.  I asked a friend to watch Hazen because I knew he'd hate ebbing in the rain all night.  It was a fun wet soccer night.
Soaking wet!

Friday my parents came down for the weekend to watch the kids Soccer Jamboree.  We took them to play at the fair.
We visited the animals, ate looks of sugar, rode rides and had a blast!  Fun morning with Grandma and Grandpa S.

The next day was a big day!  Soccer Jamboree and Alex was back form Texas to help.
 The Blue Dolphins
 The Strikers
 The Whale Sharks
Love the team parade.  Such a cute tradition!

A very fun and long day.  We are all pooped.

What a blessing it has been to be apart of this league.  It is going to be so hard to leave this wonderful community of people.  Love Lil Saints so much!  My heart breaks knowing this is our last year.

Sunday Bakeday... Cinnamon Scones.
YUM!
