Fourth of July! Started the day off right, 4 mile race with Stanley. He did a great job and ran almost the whole time.
Then off to the parade with cousins.
Red and blue color fight.
Always a fun tradition.
American bake of challenge.
No fireworks this year due to really dry winter but we did little pop things to celebrate.
Love celebrating holidays with my family.
Swimming
Movie time
Watching the world cup and eating Belgium waffles while watching USA plays them.
Getting together with Alex's Aunt and Uncle while they have their family in town.
Trampoline fun
Free slurpees
Anything but a bat and a glove Wiffle ball game.
Boys went to a VBS camp for a week and loved it.
Took McKay to her first concert - Forrest Frank and we got floor seats!
Hazen's baptism interview, after we finished we saw a rainbow.
Stanley's friend Tyler came into town.
More temple time.
Bake sale.
And the boys earned over 100$!!! So they had to go spend it ;)
Laser Tag.
While Grandma was here, Alex and I snuck away for a backpacking trip.
We did it! Our first 14ers (that we actually got to the top) and we did two of them!!!! It was so beautiful and pretty secluded. It was also pretty challenging, but worth it.
Family camping trip! Lake Dillion and Breckenridge. It was a perfect trip!
Dillion lake was our favorite place to just hang around and explore.
Then we headed into Breckenridge to do some fun mountain adventures.
I was so excited to do alpine slides with my kids. Alpine slides on Mt Hood was one of my favorite childhood memories, so hopefully this is a core memory for them.
It was an amazing camping trip!
HIKING AND MORE HIKING continues...
Sunset hike!
And treats to reward ourselves with hiking.
Then since we were out by the dinosaur museum we decided to stop by.
