Talks and talks and talks. He seriously can't help himself from talking so much and about every thing.
Updates on McKay -
Willingly let me do her hair this week. That never happens, she hates me touching her hair. Hopefully she will continue to want to have her hair done.
Updates on Stanley -
This boy runs into walls, tables, chairs, etc... all the time. He has a habit of running without looking where he is going. I sure hope he figures out so we can stop having all these ouchies.
Alex was out of town all week enjoying the sunshine in Georgia! So we kept busy.
Monday for FHE we "Egged" a friends house and dyed Easter Eggs.
A fun evening.
Tuesday preschool fun.
Treasure wanted to join in on the fun.
That day was beautiful so that night we got out and played.
Tennis, basketball, and park fun. I love that the days are getting longer and that we are seeing more sun. I wish it could be more but I'll take what I can get.
Wednesday we had a Easter Egg Hunt with friends.
Always good to get together with friends.
Thursday we had some sun breaks so I seized the moment and went on a hike with the kiddos.
It was all great until there was a giant puddle on the path that didn't look as deep as we thought.
Yep we were soaking afterwards.
Thursday the sun was shining after school so we decided to go visit the Hobbit house and green house after school.
These boys are such good friends. I love it!
Smelling the beautiful flowers.
Friday we had a fun night at the school movie night. Sing is a very cute movie.
Saturday morning the deer were outside. So we spent the morning feeding them.
We love our deer friends!
Then we went to a friends house for an Easter party.
Such a great party. They hid over 2,000 eggs and had prizes, face painting, and the Easter Bunny. Our friends know how to party.
Then on our way home we heard that Jackson Party was doing an Easter party and the trains were going.
Very busy, but fun morning.
Then we came home and made cupcakes for Easter.
McKay picked out what she wanted to do for the cupcakes and they both put it all together. I think they turned out super cute.
Then Daddy came home!!!!
Yay to Daddy being back.
Sunday was Easter.
Dressed in our best for church.
Then to Grandpa and Grandma Peterson's for more Easter celebrating.
Cousin time is the best. My kids sure are blessed to have them close by.
Fun things from this week...
Something Clifton wrote at school. That boy sure thinks his Dad is the world.
Alex is becoming more like his Dad. It's a good thing I really like his Dad.
Black eye for Stanley :( ran right into Grandma's table which happened to be eye level. Poor guy!
