Alex headed out of town for his first business trip since Covid started!
It took me a hot minute to get use to him being gone but we figured it out.  Glad he can start getting back into traveling and seeing his employees again.  He doesn't love traveling but does love being in person with the people he works with.

Hazen and I had to pick up an extra tent and couple other things to prepare for our camping trip coming up.  Of course we had to test it out.

The weather was horrible this week so we left it up and spent the evening pretending we were camping.

Yum s'mores!

Stanley had his first wiggly tooth.  Alex was away so we had to make him a video.

Then he lost it that weekend! Such a cute little smile.

We couldn't say no to the ice cream truck even if its not quite warm enough for ice cream.

Library story time with friends!

Alex got back in town late Thursday.  We planned to go to the temple Friday while the kids were in school.  It is always amazing to be inside the temple, we got to be at a live sealing (not planning on it but it just worked out that way) and it was beautiful to watch.

Thank you to our friends for letting Hazen play with them while we went to the temple.

Movie Night with friends!

Saturday started with a hike with a few of the young women.

Then we had a little get together to play football and eat pizza to celebrate Clifton's birthday.

Good group of kids!  Fun afternoon.

Sunday Clifton gave his first talk at church and he did so well.  He worked very hard on his talk and out a lot of effort and thought into it.

So very proud of him!

Soccer is in full swing so some one has practice at least 3 days of the week.  Then young men, young women, activity days activities on Wednesdays.  I teach a dance class Monday nights.  And then Saturdays are for sports games.  Its busy and lots going on around here but we love it.

It was my week for preschool.  Spring theme.

I seriously have so much fun teaching this group of kiddos!  It was a fun day.

Saturday was Stanley's last basketball game.  The didn't win a single game but they all had a blast playing together.
In between games we got lunch.

Then onto Clifton and McKay's soccer games.

Clifton's team is looking good, its going to be a great season!

I have been teaching dance class 5 times a week (I have been subbing one day for the last month) and I love every minute of it.  I love how much it pushes me and the wonderful people I get to meet.

May look I went swimming after class but it just proves how much I love it and how much it pushes me.

Hazen has been such a hoot lately.  He loves playing Uno and pretty good at it.

Isn't he cute!

And he thinks its great to mix match his shoes.  Such a silly fun boy.

Soccer season has started!!!!  And sadly to was a COLD cold week.  Alex was out of town again so we had to do this on our own but the kids did great mostly hide in the car to keep warm.
I am catching Clifton's team again.  this might be the last season I get to. McKay started as well but her practices this week were canceled.

Hazen's new thing is playing Uno and I love it.  We play lots and lots of Uno each day.

School canceled again due to ice.  The kids made the most out of it.  They amazing me and find joy in the cold weather and didn't let it stop them from getting outside.

We decided to get out of the house too. Once the sun came out the roads weren't bad.

We went to play with friends at the church gym.  Friends make everything better.

Alex got home safe Friday.  Because of the cold and ice practices were canceled so we took the opportunity to go on a date night.  We went to a thrift store picked out each others outfits (staying under 20$) and then went out to get a treat.

Such a fun and silly night.  I sure love that Alex is willing to be a goof with me.
We look good!

Saturday the ladies and I went out to try a Bungee workout.  It was a lot of fun.  I would love to go back.

You wouldn't believe it but another pipe burst in our church building! So another Sunday doing at home church!

But good news Sounders season starts!

Let's go!

Monday was Valentine's Day!  I love these valentines of mine.
I got to help out at McKay and Stanley's class parties.
Hazne was happy to come be apart of the celebrations as well.

Tuesday was my turn to teach preschool Even though Valentines day was the day before we decided to have a Valentines party.

I love love teaching these cuties! They are such good friends and good kids.

Wednesday we got to celebrate our dear friends birthday.  We did a little paint nite fun with water colors and made cards.

They turned out pretty cute!

For youth activity this week we went roller skating.  So much fun!  And kids these days DO NOT know how to roller skate.

But we all had a blast anyway!  Love getting these youth out and trying something new to them.

Saturday Alex's boss had a birthday party.  It was 70's theme and we had a blast dressing up.

A lot of fun!
