I don't know if it is the end of the year misbehavior or what, but he sure is struggling with listening and doing what is asked. He also LOVES to do anything to make his sister mad.
Updates on McKay -
Tired all the time, but is waking up early and just plan grumpy through the day. She has fallen asleep on our way to pick Clifton up from school almost everyday. And she is eating a ton!
Let's hope its a growth spurt!
Updates on Stanley -
He has added a few more words to his vocabulary - bubble, tractor, diaper, and poopy. He had his 18 month check up a little early but is weighing in at a small 19 pounds, but getting bigger. He probably runs around and burns more calories than he eats. His height is also little, in the 9th percentile but hey he feels like my baby a lot longer when he stays small. He'll catch up eventually. Clifton was the exact same way.
Monday was a hot day so we went to the lake to play.
I am still learning. McKay and Clifton were and are fearful so didn't ever go running into the water, but Stanley... he's all about the water and runs in full speed without a fear. A morning at the lake equals an afternoon in the bath!
That night for FHE we discussed Ammon saving the king's flock. We read the story in the scriptures the night before and thought it would be fun to act it out. But instead of stones we used water balloons.
Then had a water balloon fight afterwards.
Girls against boys of course.
Another great sunny and warm week so we went out playing in the sun.
Playing at the bay. This boy sure knows how to get dirty.
Nature walks.
She is such a beauty. She might be crazy but she makes up for it with her cuteness!
We busted out the invention box and invented.
The kids could play with this stuff for hours.
Friday Clifton had an end of school year kindergarten concert.
It was a cute little concert.
He had to take pictures with some of his friends. Cute kids!
Saturday was Clifton's last soccer game of this season.
There were little critters all over the field. McKay and I were in heaven catching them and putting them somewhere safe. Aren't they cute?
Clifton got to play goalie his last game and was very happy about it.
That night the US men's national team played in Copa America and won the game along with their group!
Thanks to our own boy Dempsey scoring! Because of the win they are going to be playing in SEATTLE next week. Yep we got tickets and are going. So excited... it doesn't happen often that the US men play in Seattle. Go AMERICA!
More fun stuff that happened this week.
Stanley has got skills, he is destined for greatness!
Stanley thinking its funny to shuffle cards.
I still have my infection so they put me on new antibiotics, but feeling better. I am almost back!
Another great week at the Peterson's!
