Updates on Clifton -
Clifton has been doing great at swimming lessons. I am insanely proud of him! He has always been afraid of water and especially getting his face wet. Thursday at swimming he did three bobs. He was so proud of himself too. It is one of my favorite things Clifton says. He says "I am proud of me." And he should be he is overcoming a fear.
Updates on McKay -
I think she has molars coming in. She has been pretty grumpy. At least I hope its that so that can explain her grumpiness.
McKay loves to contradict. If you ever say yes or no she thinks it is funny to say the opposite. She is a little turkey. Girls!?!
For FHE we talked about temples. We made temples out of caramels.
Fun activity and the kids loved eating the caramels too:)
Wednesday Grandma Peterson came to town and helped with the kids while Alex and I went to the Sounders game. The kids were pretty much begging for us to leave so they could be with just Grandma. We are so lucky to have grandparents that love our kiddos and can come spend time with them.
The ferry ride there was beautiful!
Love Washington!
Friday Grandma and Grandpa Stanley came to town for the weekend.
Grandma brought pumpkin decorations. So we went to the store and got our first pumpkins of the season.
They love them:)
Then we went to Poulsbo to adventure their farmers market.
Decorating cupcakes and painting pumpkins. I love Clifton's face. He obviously loves cupcakes:)
Then we went to Silverdale waterfront park.
Then ending the weekend decorating cookies:)
A great week full of grandparents! My kids are spoiled with wonderful grandparents:)

Exploring Fall
Updates on Clifton -
He is really struggling with eating again:/ Even things he asks for or wants he just doesn't eat. He takes a bite and holds it in his mouth. We are trying to figure this stage out and make sure he gets some nutrients in him.
Clifton has been doing great at swimming lessons! I am so very proud of him and doing things he is afraid of and growing.
Update on McKay -
She is a silly girl. She loves to say her prayers. She is so stinking cute when she prays. It seriously melts my heart.
For FHE activity we ventured out in Banner Forest, one place Alex goes biking. The kids LOVED it!
Huge leaves!
For preschool we also went out on an adventure next to the golf course. They love adventuring, splashing in puddles, and getting dirty.
Cuties:)
This week we had a lot of dressing up. I guess we are getting ready for Halloween.
Yep Iron Man in his underwear:)
This weekend was General Conference. We spent Sunday at Grandma and Grandpa Peterson's house. We had a blast playing with family and listening to conference.
They even celebrated my birthday early and got me some cool Sounders gear and Zumba videos. I feel very loved!

Last of Soccer
Updates on Clifton -
He is throwing up often, like at least once a week. He has no fever and after he throws up he is fine. I am worried his acid reflux is coming back or something. It is starting to worry me. He has always had a sensitive tummy but I feel like it is worse lately:(
Updates on McKay -
I know I am super late but she is finally not using a bottle at all:) She would use it before bed but I finally took it away. It took a few hard nights but but we have moved on!
Her new favorite saying is "leave me alone!"
This week in swimming Clifton had a rough day and then a really really good day. I have such a hard time knowing whether I should continue with swimming or not. I want him to learn to face fears and to get better, but I don't want to make him hate it:/
However he is loving tumbling! And even practices the things he learns at home. It is super cute:)
We had a blast at preschool this week. We had a pirate theme and they LOVED it.
I love being able to be a stay at home mother and do preschool with my son and his friends!
Later we heard the garbage truck so all the kids ran to the door and opened it. I was getting something to drink when I walked outside to see that they brought down their chairs and were waiting for the garbage truck.
They are so silly!
Thursday was Clifton's last soccer practice/game of the season.
The Green Team! I had a great bunch of kiddos:)
I have been so very proud of Clifton. He was not the best out there and half the time he was just running around the field. But he went out there every week played and had fun. We will both miss Thursday soccer night. Can't wait for next year:)
Pretty soon she will be playing too:)
Friday night we went to see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. The kids really liked it. They sat the whole time, it must have been good:)
They enjoyed playing arcade games at the movie theater too.
Another great week at the Peterson's!

Picnic at the Bay
Updates on Clifton -
It is official, no more nap time for Clifton. We are working on quiet alone time but he has a hard time staying in his room or playing by him self.
Updates on McKay -
She is at the "no mine" stage. Anyone looks at something she wants she screams at them.
My kiddos are so full of silliness.
This is how we do shopping:)
And this is how Clifton helps do the dishes.
Clifton had an improvement at one of his swimming lessons this week. He jumped in, practiced kicking, and made bubbles. I was so proud to watch him get over a fear.
And of course my crazy man is doing great at tumbling:)
Thursday was a beautiful day so we went down to the bay and had a picnic.
It was a fun evening playing in the sand and water.
