Updates on Clifton -
Clifton is 9!  Boy the days are slow but the years fly by.  He is sporty, opinionated, always up for a challenge, smart and super helpful with Hazen.

Updates on McKay -
Had her play this week.  She has been working so hard on it and was so excited for this night.  So rocked it!  I think we have a performer on our hands.

Updates on Stanley -
Boy he is a lot happier and easier when he gets time outside to run around.  He is my outdoor child.

Updates on Hazen -
Getting up on his hands and knees!  He will be crawling in no time.

Monday was Clifton birthday.  I had lunch with him at school..
And joined him for recess.  We played soccer with his friends and had a blast.
He wanted Seabeck's pizza for dinner.
Then we headed out for a walk to the park to test out his new scooter.

SUNSHINE!  And we got a few days in the 70's.  Yep we are not complaining.  I got to escape and play pickle ball with friends one day and then headed to the beach with friends another day.
Such beautiful weather.

The frogs are croaking so loud at night so we decided to go frog hunting.
We caught a little frog but he hopped away before we got a picture and then we saw this toad.  It was about the size of my hand.  So nope I wasn't going to catch it!
 Testing out the new park!
Feeding our deer!

Enjoying free ice cream cones outside!
Being able to be outside sure makes life better.

Thursday was McKay's play.  She played the Fish in the Cat and the Hat.  She new every line by heart but wanted to still have her paper with her. Oh well she will get there.  She really did a great job.  SO much energy into it.  I just love her!

Friday we got to go on a date with some of our favorite people. I found a Groupon for Arrow tag  so we gave that a try.
The place was a lot smaller than I expected but we still had fun.
Then to dinner.  I am too much of chicken and didn't eat sushi but admired its beauty.  Such a wonderful night.  Friends really do make life better.

Saturday morning was the Cub Scout Food drive.  The boys collected 307 pounds of food.
Good work boys!

Then we headed to Olympia to surprise Grandpa P for his birthday.
We love Grandpa P.

Sunday bakeday!  We made fun owls to celebrate a couple friends birthday and then the kids made their own creations.
 Clifton's creation,
 McKay's creation.
Cute owls.  I hope they always want to do this kind of stuff with me.

Acting out the miracle of Jesus and Peter walking on water.

Other fun from the week...
I often find McKay taking care of the boys for me.  This time she get them a spa experience and washed their feet.  Love her.

Updates on Clifton -
Finished his basketball season.  He didn't love it this season, he says he wasn't very good (which isn't true) and it was a little more competitive this year.  It was still a good season, but he is ready to try another sport.

Updates on McKay -
Had a rough week.  Lots of complaining and crying this week but I don't think she was feeling very well.  Hopefully it was just a bad week.

Updates on Stanley -
The sun is shining and he has been loving to get outside more.

Updates on Hazen -
Loves to shower with me and I don't mind it one bit!

The sun shined down on us this week and we took advantage of it!  We spent a lot of time outside.  We got three hikes in his week.
Charmander joined me on one hike :)
 Seriously they are so cute!
First time in the swing and pretty happy about it.

Saturday hiking with all the kids.  Hiking with four kids is a workout!
Beautiful view though!  Even the kids stopped and said look mom its so pretty!  Oh sunshine we have missed you!
They are crazy but I sure do love them.
Clifton is such a good brother to Hazen its so sweet.

Family Sunday hike.
Feels so good to be outside!
The boys and I even got to get outside and play hockey.
I swear the sunshine makes me such a better mom.

Wednesday was Clifton's last soccer game of the season.
We are so very grateful for wonderful friends that coach and help get Clifton to and from the games when I couldn't.
We headed to ice cream after to celebrate another good season.

Saturday Alex and I got to go out on a date!
We enjoyed Captain Marvel and are super excited for the next Avengers movie!

Sunday was St. Patricks Day and to celebrate we made a rainbow and lucky charm cake.
I a not a great baker but I would say this was a success!  Miss McKay sure enjoys being my partner in the kitchen.

I love the new Come Follow Me program and the many opportunities it has allowed us to feel the spirit in our home.  Not ever lesson goes great but this was a wonderful one.  We laughed and we felt the spirit.
Learning to use our ears and eyes in feeling the spirit.

Other fun from the week...
Helping me cook.

Such a cute weight I get to use in my workouts.  Working out is easier when my weight is smiling back at me.

Sounders Game

Updates on Clifton -
Man I think he is hitting his teens early.  He has such a strong opinion about everything and thinks it's ok to just spout everything out that he thinks.  I am so not ready for these emotions.  I need to lear how to not let it upset me.

Updates on McKay -
Can play so nicely with Stanley and it's cute to watch.  She loves playing Mom and he likes to play baby or dog :)

Updates on Stanley -
Since he is getting better at letter and number recognition I decided to teach him how to play Go Fish.
Now I am sitting here losing to a 4 year old :)

Updates on Hazen -
Seven months.  He seriously is a little angel.  So happy and the cutest thing.  I really wouldn't mind if we could freeze time.

Another week full of basketball, dance, play practice, cub scouts, and preschool. AND SNOW!
We got a couple inches Thursday and had late start.  It melted but the next day we got another 3 inches, but still had school.

We also saw our deer friends quite a bit this week.
Stanley and Lincoln got to feed them.
And this guy let me pet him!

Saturday was another Sounders game and Clifton got to go for his birthday this year.
It was a late and long night so we didn't feel it was a good idea to leave Hazen with a babysitter so just Alex went with him
But we cheered them on from home.

He is just the cutest!

Another fun photo from the week...
This is how I found Stanley during his show time.  Silly boy!
