Monday art day!

Thanks Hobby Lobby for having lots of options for everyone.

Play group was at one of my favorite places.  Doubletree Splash pad.

Learning time doesn't always got well.  We have our neighbor who is a teacher at the school working with him and that helps but when I need to help or ask him to do anything this is what I get.

Library story time fun.

Then some chess time after we find some books at the library.

And swim night with Dad is way more fun than with just Mom.

Friday dates.  Stanley insisted Hazen join his date.  They fight A LOT, but its nice to know they still like each other from time to time.  

Ice cream and park date.

Alex and Clifton headed to Austin for the night for a USMNT soccer game. 

They had a blast and boy was it a good game to be at.  Lots of scoring... US won 5 to 0.

While they were gone we took one of our favorite people put to dinner with us.  She must like us to hang out with all this craziness.

Then sprinkler fun.

Saturday we had a YES day and I was shocked on what the kids wanted to do with it.  Each got 25$ to spend on an activity by themselves or put the together for a big family activity.  They choose to by stuff from 5 Below with their money.  Bought some treats, McKay's treat was from Great Harvest.

Hazen chose to play video games with dad for his yes day.

And the kids knew I couldn't say no to the ice cream man.  They also got out of chores for the day.

Not sure that is how I would spend my yes day, but they all seem pretty pleased with themselves.

We also were feeling pretty silly this week.  Poor Alex gets lots of interruptions when he is working from home this summer.

Then Sunday Grandma Stanley came into town!
