Super busy week!  Annual ward Color Run.

As always we had a colorful good time.

The next couple days we got to spend with our friends.  My friend needed to go out of town and we were happy to help watch her kids.  We don't do sleep overs so all my kids were thrilled about it.  And we had a great time!

Pretty sure we all were worn out after all that fun.

Spring break time, we left a little early - skipped Friday and got on the road as soon as we could.  Here we come Arizona!

First stretch about 9-10 hours.  We ran into snow in New Mexico.  We had to stop and play in it for a little.  Then to swim at the hotel swimming pool.  First leg was great!

We stayed in Alamagardo, NM and planned to visit the White Sands National Park before finishing our drive to Arizona.  It was a super windy day so kind of made it harder to slide down the hills and it hurt a little when the sand (actually gypsum) would hit against you when the wind blew it.  BUT despite that it was WELL worth the stop.  Our car may be full of white sand but we had a blast.  And blow away by the national park.

Such a fun stop. Now to finish the rest of the drive.

Sunday we went to church with Alex brothers family.  Then we went out on a short little hike to see the hole in the rock.

Pretty cool.

And walk the grounds of the Mesa temple.  The grounds were stunning!  Beautiful walk and wonderful weather.  We are happy to be in Arizona!
